ANALYTICA respects the personal data of participants in research projects and it limits the collection of personal data to the minimum required for the execution and the quality controls needed for a research project.
The data that we collect is stored and processed within the European Economic Area (“EEA”). In cases where your data will be transferred or processed outside the EEA, you will be informed in advance of providing any data and your explicit consent will need to be recorded. All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers and is protected by multiple levels of security. The company has in place a Facilities, Resources and Data Protection Policy to ensure the safety of your data. Your information will only be retained for as long as is required to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. After the current retention period, your personal data will be irrevocably destroyed, unless the destruction is prohibited for legal, regulatory or technical reasons. Any personal data held by us for research, marketing and information purposes will be retained by us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.
